Job Description
Image Factory is looking for a talented web/flash designer. Designers will be responsible for production of web images, ads, site layouts prototypes, promotional landing pages, and other web-based promotional programs and marketing creative.

Requirements
Online portfolio showing cutting edge designs for the web
Highly proficient in Flash
Expert level proficiency in core design programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong problem solving skills and an attention to detail down to the pixel level
Strong conceptual capabilities as well as technical ability with tools
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and XHTML
Knowledge in web standards and cross-browser compatibility
