Job Description
Currently, our Digital Communications Practice Group is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team of accomplished communications professionals in Los Angeles.
A successful candidate will be extremely creative, able to juggle many projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while being very detail-oriented. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to produce pioneering digital work for a broad variety of Fortune 500 clients - on both general and multicultural market campaigns. This is a fast-paced agency environment that requires the candidate to take creative direction quickly and accurately, follow client brand style guides while breeding original ideas and designs when needed. Good spelling and grammar are a must.
Responsibilities of the position will be as follows:
* Design and production of dynamic multimedia projects, including: online (websites, microsites, e-newsletters); social media (blogs, multimedia hubs, Facebook tab pages) as well as traditional media projects (print ads, brochures, etc.)
* Collaborate in the creative concept process and in various project brainstorm sessions
Requirements:
* BS/BA Degree (Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing or Fine Arts concentration preferred)
* Knowlege of social media trends and best practices of digital content creation, distribution and syndication
* Minimum of 2-5 years design experience in a fast-paced agency environment
* Knowledge and proficiency of the following programs: Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote
* Working experience using WordPress or other industry standard blogging and CMS platforms
* Programming skills preferred (CSS, HTML, XHTML)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Spanish-language fluency is a plus
