Hershey|Cause has an opening for a Creative Department Director. You will be responsible for everything from building/expanding our creative group - to leading high profile work for our amazing clients.
We are located in Santa Monica. Do local, regional, national work. And are convinced excellent creative matters AND makes a difference.
10 years dept head experience at an Agency. Must understand the difference between advertising design and graphic design - and be proficient at both. Have a solid grasp of words and pictures.
Internally
Build manage & lead teams. Become a respected senior management team member.
Externally
Be the Creative Director on client pitches presentations and help create client brands.
