Doyald Young, 1926-2011
It is with great sadness that we report of the passing of Doyald Young, 2006 AIGA LA Fellow and 2009 AIGA Medal Winner. Doyald Young was one the design greats, demonstrating the power of a lifelong love of the craft of calligraphy, type and graphic design. He was also a beloved teacher and author and was endlessly committed to his role as an educator. He will be deeply missed.
Raymond Wood
Raymond Wood, of Raymond Wood / Design, a well-known graphic designer, has died at his home after a short illness, New Year?s Day. He was 64.
