SPARK with us in October at Air Conditioned, featuring a designer-stylized interior of dark wood walls, low-lighting and friendly servers. In front of a chalk-written menu, bartenders double as sommeliers, guiding guests through an extensive wine list and selection of light snacks like artisan cheese plates.
