Living in the entertainment capital of the nation, we are surrounded daily by amazing digital works of art in motion. Before these visual masterpieces become blockbusters, they have to start somewhere - that's where Famous Frames Digital comes in. They create the 2d and 3d concept art that will become the visual treats of tomorrow.
Famous Frames, Inc. (est. 1988) is the nation's leading artist representative specializing in storyboards, comp art, illustration, animatic production, set renderings and concepting for advertising, film, television, themed entertainment and multimedia projects.
Famous Frames has become a leading force in the digital arena, with innovative services that go beyond traditional drawing. Their 3-D artists bring two-dimensional artwork to life via modeling for games, character development and concept design. They also create "Cinematics" - full animation for video and television. For film and commercial producers, Famous Frames provides pre-visualization to demonstrate actual camera movement and composition before filming is done.

The tour will be on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 from 7-9pm. Mingling starts at 7, with a presentation by Subgiant starting around 7:30 followed by Q&A and a tour of the studio.
There are 20 spots available for this tour. Call 818.558.3968 to reserve your seat. Tickets are $20 and you can use your credit card to pay. AIGA members will receive preferential seating. You can only register by phone. No registrations on site.
