The Business of Art

Discover how to make a living creatively through your art. This course offers an exploration of various business and career opportunities in the visual arts amid current market conditions. Students will learn how to make educated business and career choices in a variety of specific interest areas, such as fine arts, advertising, graphic design, photography and computer graphics. Learn to build the creative business you have dreamed of with specific business plans, art licensing expertise, marketing, self-promotion, presentation and job interview techniques.

With the knowledge gained in the course, personal creative and business goals can be explored, planned and achieved. $5 materials fee payable to the presenter at class.
