Fall Visiting Artist Lecture Series

Lecture will be hosted at Otis College of Art and Design* @ 7pm in the Forum, and is open to the public

HENRI LUCAS, WE WORK
Willem Henri Lucas studied at the Academy of Visual Arts in Arnhem in the Netherlands under guidance of karel Martens and worked as an intern and apprentice for Max Kisman. He works for clients mostly based in the field of Culture and Art. In 2003 and 2004 he won a 'Best Book' award and a nomination from the Art Director's Club in the Netherlands. Since January 2004 he is a visiting lecturer at UCLA's D|MA.

DAVEY WHITCRAFT, WE WORK
Davey Whitcraft holds a BFA from CCA and a MFA from UCLA. Davey's work has been recognized + exhibited internationally (Print magazine, Milwaukee Museum of Art + Design, Altpick, KC Ad Club and more). Mr. Whitcraft was lead instructor for the UCLA Design | Media Arts Summer Institute graphic design course in 2005 + 2006. In 2006 he founded willemaugustus, a small design collective, with Willem Henri Lucas.
