Programming Committee

The Programming Committee conceives and executes creative, business and environmentally focused events that are relevant to our members, colleagues, chapter partners, the businesses we serve as professionals and the culture of our city. Our events create value for AIGA/LA and help build community. The Programming Board, Programming Director, Event Producers, Event Chairs and Event Coordinators work together to manage event content and identify program formats, venues, speakers and exhibits. We manage catering, AV, invitations and other needs within budget. The Committee is open to any members who are interested in volunteering.

Co-Chair
Hexanine
Member since 2010
Jason Adam is the co-founder of Hexanine, a design syndicate dedicated to providing powerful brand experiences in print, packaging, identity and web. Clients include Motorola, OfficeMax, Disney, Target, Jim Beam and Negra Modelo. His work can be loud, fluid and simultaneously moving, and his commitment to excellent design and art direction is only rivaled by his think-outside-the-rhombus outlook. He chases after trends, hunts them down, and then distills their essence into a fragrance he bottles and sells in Paris for $856/oz. Jason loves to sing-a about the moon-a and the June-a and a spring-a, and would also like to inform as many people as possible that Prince's 1989 Batman soundtrack is a modern masterpiece. So say we all.

In 2007, Bonnie executive produced AIGA LA’s first sustainability event, SEEing Green, which brought together experts and exhibitors to engage the design community around sustainable, environmental and ecological issues. She is developing SEEing Green 2 for the Fall which will give guidance on key strategic and tactical issues for developing sustainable design programs. Volunteering for AIGA Los Angeles is a great way to meet other designers, hone your professional skills and give back to your community. Plus, without our dedicated volunteers, we would not be able to carry out the incredible events and initiatives planned throughout the year. So we need you!
